Our 2nd Annual Diamonds Are Forever Casino Evening was on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 4:00PM – 8:30PM. Guests enjoyed a luxurious evening at the Taglyan with casino games, dinner, wine, cocktails, live and silent auctions, entertainment and prizes!

The 11th Walk for Mesothelioma: September 25th, 2022
Our Walk/Hike for Mesothelioma raised $104,828.77 for mesothelioma research. We had over 200 walkers in-person at Kenneth Hahn Park and many virtual walkers all over the country.

The 7th Greatest Escape Motorcycle Ride: April 16th, 2022

The Greatest Escape Motorcycle Ride kicked off from the legendary Mulholland Harley-Davidson in Calabasas on Saturday, April 16, 2022. The bikers departed Mulholland Harley Davidson and took a stunning mountain route to the Simi Elks Lodge for lunch, prizes and great entertainment.

Diamonds Are Forever Casino Evening : November 18, 2021

The Diamonds Are Forever Casino event was an enchanting evening, bringing PHLBI supporters together in person for the first time in two years. Attendees enjoyed cocktails, casino play, live musical entertainment, dinner, and a spirited auction. The event was a success raising funds for PHLBI’s cancer research program. We look forward to hosting this event again on November 17, 2022.

The Virtual Walk for Mesothelioma: October 24, 2021

This year PMC hosted the 10th Annual Walk for Meso on October 24th virtually, with walkers joining us from around the world including Saudi Arabia, Austria, the UK, Northern Ireland, and all over the United States. In addition to raising mesothelioma awareness, supporters collectively raised $118,000 for mesothelioma research. PMC is hosting the 11th Walk for Mesothelioma on September 25, 2022.

The Voices of Classic Soul kicked off summer with the Sounds of Summer virtual concert on June 17th, raising over $40,000 for research at PHLBI. The members of “Voices of Classic Soul” are the former lead singers of The Temptations, The Platters, The Four Tops, and The Drifters. These legendary performers put on quite a show, singing and dancing to timeless classics.

Walking Phoenixes Virtual Concert: February 26th & March 27th, 2021

During a time when most entertainment venues were closed PHLBI hosted its first virtual concert. This allowed friends and family to watch the concert safely from all around the world. This virtual concert featured performances by Walking Phoenixes, a Johnny Cash Tribute band as well as both Irish and country line dancing, and an Elvis performer. In total, the concert generated over $83,000 for research at PHLBI.
